Matthews Construction Co., Inc. was awarded the new 50,000-square-foot Food Court contract through the competitive bid process. During construction, the owner made a decision to negotiate construction of two new parking decks totaling over 200,000 square feet, a 50,000- square-foot addition of retail space and a major renovation to the entire interior mall common area. The renovation project was completed after hours to minimize disruptions to typical operation and activity.
